Solar Buyers Club Leader Registration Fee:
To cancel your Solar Buyers Club Leader Membership and receive a 100% refund of your Club Leader Registration Fee and the initial Service and Maintenance fee, you are responsible to contact our customer support team within ten (10) business days from your registration date. You may cancel your membership any time after 10 days but your initial registration, service and maintenance fee is non-refundable.
Monthly Recurring Billing of Solar Buyers Club Leader Service & Maintenance Fee:
You may cancel your Solar Buyers Club Leader Membership at anytime. To cancel your Solar Buyers Club Leader Membership you are responsible to contact our customer support team within ten (10) business days prior to your next monthly recurring billing service and maintenance fee date; your card will not be charged and your membership will be terminated. If you cancel after your card is charged for any given monthly recurring billing cycle we will issue a 100% refund up to 10 days from the date your card was charged. By canceling your Club Leader Membership you will forfeit all future club commissions, commission bonuses and rank bonuses. Any remaining club commissions, commission bonuses and rank bonuses that were achieved prior to cancellation will be paid out as per the normal payment cycle outlined in our Procedures and Policies.

You can login to your Solar Buyers Club account and cancel your Solar Buyers Club Leader Membership and the Monthly Recurring Billing of the Service & Maintenance Fee without needing to contact your Solar Buyers Club Leader or contacting the company.
2. Cancel with your assigned Solar Buyers Club Leader
To cancel, contact your Solar Buyers Club Leader. Your assigned Solar Buyers Club Leader will be able to cancel your Solar Buyers Club Leader Membership and the Monthly Recurring Billing of the Service & Maintenance Fee for you.
3. Cancel by Email
A Solar Buyers Club Leader Membership and Monthly Recurring Billing Service & Maintenance Fee can be cancelled at any time by submitting a written notice at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date. To cancel your Solar Buyers Club Leader Membership and Monthly Recurring Billing of the Service & Maintenance Fee, submit a completed Solar Buyers Club Leader Membership Cancellation Form via email to support@SolarBuyers.Club

Solar Buyers Club Leader Right of Rescission
Solar Buyers Club requires its Solar Buyers Club Leaders (Distributors) to adhere to any country, state or local laws or regulations pertaining to consumers’ cancellation rights. In the United States, Distributors must adhere to the federal “cooling off” rule, which is codified as Title 16 CFR Part 429.
Upon cancellation, the Solar Buyers Club Leader continues to be bound by the confidentiality and non-compete sections of the Solar Buyers Club Leader Agreement shown below.
Solar Buyers Club Leader acknowledges and agrees that all information concerning Solar Buyers Club Leader (hereinafter known as “Confidential Information”) is of great value to Solar Buyers Club.
Solar Buyers Club Leader agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information to any person except as expressly authorized by Solar Buyers Club in writing and shall not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than the performance of Solar Buyers Club Leader’s functions and duties as a Solar Buyers Club Leader.
Solar Buyers Club Leader further agrees that, during the life of this Agreement and for a period of 18 months from and after cancellation or termination hereof, he or she shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recommend, suggest or induce any Solar Buyers Club Member or Solar Buyers Club Leader to become a Customer of or representative for any person or entity other than Solar Buyers Club engaged in the business of marketing or selling product(s) or service(s) by means of any direct sales or network marketing.
Reapplying after Cancellation: After cancelling their Solar Buyers Club Leader Agreement, the former Solar Buyers Club Leader may not have any purchasing activity one year from the date of cancellation before submitting another Solar Buyers Club Leader Application & Agreement.
